Executive NYI Council
The Executive Council is elected at the District NYI Convention and serve as the leadership group for district events, communication, and organization. Each member serves this capacity in a volunteer role, in conjunction with their position at local churches, schools, or businesses. . .
Rev. RICH VASQUEZ
President
Rich is the Youth Pastor at Lakeview Church of the Nazarene in Nampa, Idaho. He has served there for 23 years in various pastoral roles. Rich is also a Chaplain for local law enforcement. Term ends 3/2028
Rev. Josh Dringenberg
Vice President
Josh serves as the Pastor of Youth and Families at Nampa College Church. He is additionally serving at the NYC Coordinator for the Intermountain District.

Secretary
Teresa serves as the secretary of the IMNYI Council and attends Valley Shepherd Church of the Nazarene.

Jon mcdonald CPA
Treasurer
He is responsible for financial reporting and maintaining the district NYI budget. Jon is a CPA and has served as treasurer for over 20 years. Term ends 3/2025
Rev. Scott Davis
Adult Member at Large
Scott is the Pastor of Youth and Young Adults at Nampa First Church. Scott also serves as the head Senior High Camp director for the Intermountain District.

Levi is the Youth Pastor at Ontario First Church of the Nazarene. Levi also serves on the camp director team for Senior High Camp.
